A certified personal trainer since 1999, Carla brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to members in group classes and one-on-one sessions.  

Supreme Fitness features an extensive selection of cardio machines, free weights, lifting machines and welcomes all types of fitness training styles from beginners to powerlifters/ Olympic lifters or for those looking for a functional fitness center.
