Shop in person and support a whole herd of small businesses just in time for Christmas at North America’s largest horse-related trade show! Browse acres of shopping spread out across four trade show buildings and shop for great gifts for all the horse lovers in your life, from jewelry and décor to tack, riding apparel, grooming supplies, and more.   
 
Pet and snap photos with dozens of beautiful horses in the Breed Pavilion and Horse & Farm Exhibits! Stroll through the barns to meet and greet with horses of all sizes, breeds, and colors. Learn all about different breeds of horses by attending multiple breed demonstrations throughout the day. Sample the adrenaline rush of the racetrack by visiting our brand new “Bred for Speed” exhibit, where you can learn all about Standardbreds and Thoroughbreds, as well as other speed-oriented horses. 

Revel in the beauty and majesty of horses at Fantasia! Sponsored by Myhre Equine Clinic, Equine Affaire’s musical celebration of the horse is a two-hour spectacular nighttime show that will take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights during Equine Affaire. With just three fabulous performances, Fantasia is an experience not to be missed! You’ll enjoy fast-paced drill team routines, incredible costumed performances, and so much more.  
 
Learn to drive a draft horse! The incredible team at Whispery Pines Percherons Carriage Rides & Logging is coming back this year to present Drive A Draft, an exciting activity that teaches attendees how to drive a draft horse. Put your hands on the reins and learn how to guide an 1,800 pound-Percheron with nothing but two lines and your voice. Bring the kids! The Stick Horse Rodeo happens daily at 3 pm in the Equine Fundamentals Forum in the Mallary South. Make sure to take your kids to the “EFF” where they can learn about horses and make their own stick horse (or unicorn mask!) at our craft tables, then bring them back for the Stick Horse Rodeo so they can compete for prizes.
